A longer version of our Perucica experience, combining the primeval forest trail and Skakavac Waterfall with a scenic drive to Prijevor, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Sutjeska National Park. It is a great choice for guests who want more time in nature, wider mountain views, and a fuller day in the park.

About this hike and Prijevor viewpoint
The hike into Perućica begins just above Dragoš Sedlo, around 30 minutes by road from our base in Tjentište. After reaching Skakavac Waterfall through dense, steep and unmarked forest, we return the same way with a licensed local guide, as independent entry into the reserve is not allowed. On the way back, we stop at Beškita Viewpoint for a sweeping panorama over Perućica, Skakavac, Maglić and the valley below. This extended version continues with an additional 20-minute drive to Prijevor, a high plateau below Maglić, followed by a short walk to the viewpoint tower for even wider views across Volujak, Maglić and the surrounding mountain wilderness.
